On 9-12 May 2017 the largest textile fair Techtextil took place in Frankfurt. It was attended by nearly 1400 exhibitors and 28,500 visitors, including representatives of Krystian, which is a leader in the implementation of modern technologies in the manufacture of specialised protective clothing.
– It will be a revolution, for example in the manufacture of thermal protection clothing. Any deviations from employee physiological standards will be checked by IT systems and reported to people responsible for life and health of their subordinates – says Elżbieta Rogowska.
Exhibitors presented not only modern technical textiles and non-woven fabrics, but also their real use in numerous innovative products, in very varied industries. “What certainly needs to be refined in the near future is the combination of the smart textiles technology with multiple washing cycles”, she adds.
– It was a very inspiring experience for us. All the major manufacturers and suppliers of innovative solutions for the garment industry gathered in one place. We had an opportunity to see and test technologies which we intend to implement in our production centre in the near future – sums up Jacek Mełecki, the President of the Board of Krystian.
