This year’s edition was a record-breaking one: over 300 exhibitors from 30 countries presented modern products and services. Our stand no. 1 in Hall 5, one of the largest at the fair, became a hub for sharing knowledge about certified protective clothing.
What technological innovations did PW Krystian present at SAWO 2026?
We invited our guests to three specialist experience zones, which allowed them to compare advanced collections of protective clothing in practice:
- Cooling zone – presentation of cooling technologies.
- Luminescence Zone – high-visibility clothing.
- ESD Zone – electrostatic discharge protection systems.
The CoolGuard range attracted enormous interest, particularly the Argana CoolSkin cooling T-shirt, which was awarded the SAWO Gold Medal.
What is the MTP Group Gold Medal awarded for?
This prestigious award is given to products that meet strict expert criteria:
- The use of advanced technologies and innovative solutions.

A shower of awards for PW Krystian
This year’s trade fair proved that our approach to safety is multi-faceted. Experts recognised our strategy with further accolades:
The Acanthus Aureus Award. Awarded for a 120 m² stand that best fulfils the objectives of customer communication. The division into networking, educational and chill-out zones, conducive to building professional relationships, was recognised.
The title of “Face of Safety” for Elżbieta Rogowska. The jury of the Safety Culture Foundation honoured the Vice-President of PW Krystian for promoting a health and safety culture based on empathy, trust and care for the well-being of employees.
The awards received confirm that the synergy between modern technology and a human-centred approach to safety is appreciated by both specialists and business partners.
Education and the report – how to effectively build a safety culture?
An important part of SAWO 2026 was the programme of content aimed at health and safety practitioners. During the conference ‘How to effectively build a Safety Culture?’, PW Krystian presented the findings of a report prepared in 2025.
What does the report by PW Krystian and the Safe at Work Coalition cover?
Six years on from the first analysis in 2019, we have once again assessed the state of psychosocial safety in the workplace. The report focuses on phenomena such as:
- Bullying and stress at work.
- Depression and its impact on productivity and safety.
- Countering contemporary psychosocial risks.
“This is the foundation of occupational safety in the broadest sense,” emphasised Agnieszka Cegielska, Director of CIOP-PIB, during the opening of the trade fair. The Social Insurance Institution is a partner of the report, and it features contributions from representatives of the most important institutions involved in occupational safety.

Three awards, one mission – safety with a human face
Our participation in SAWO 2026 was not only about winning the Gold Medal for the Argana CoolSkin technology, but above all about recognition of our strategy for building relationships and caring for the well-being of employees. The presentation of the latest report on mental health in the workplace complemented our presence, making it an important voice in the debate on modern health and safety.
