Summary of 2025 at PW Krystian. Innovation, responsibility, and strategic development

2025 was a time of dynamic growth for us. We strengthened our position as a modern expert in the occupational health and safety industry, focusing on innovation, relationships, and environmental protection. Below is a summary of the most important achievements of the past year.

Expert knowledge and innovative solutions on a European scale

One of the most important events of 2025 was undoubtedly the five-day DuPont™ Thermo-Man® scientific and technical seminar entitled “Tests that burn away risk!”. In May, we hosted Europe’s only mobile accredited laboratory at our headquarters. We presented nearly 100 live demonstrations of protective clothing burn tests, which confirmed the unmatched effectiveness of Nomex® technology. The demonstrations were accompanied by lectures—more than 10 presentations—during which leading industry experts shared their extensive knowledge. There was no shortage of expertise in the field of occupational health and safety, the selection of appropriate protective clothing and PPE in the energy, chemical, mining, and fuel industries.

We also emphasized our international leadership position during the A+A trade fair in Düsseldorf, where we presented the latest safety standards under the slogan “People matter.” Our solutions using “4-in-1” active and passive visibility technology attracted a lot of attention. The latest ArcGuard Morix collection also generated enormous interest as an important response to the complex challenges of protection in the energy sector.

A quick and efficient response to the requirements of the OLiOC Program

In response to changing regulations, in 2025 we prepared comprehensive solutions for local governments as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. Since the beginning of this year, we have been helping local government units and services select personal protective equipment in accordance with the new legal requirements by offering ready-made CBRN kits.

Modernity in the service of the environment

We actively participate in climate transformation. We were a partner of the session during Energy Days 2025. PW Vice President Krystian, Elżbieta Rogowska took part in an expert discussion panel entitled “Energy efficiency – a lever for business.”

We are keenly aware of the impact of the upcoming ESPR regulation, which will ban the destruction of unsold clothing from 2026, promoting a circular economy.

In our product range, we continue to focus on certified quality, developing the Flameguard flame-retardant underwear line and clothing using DuPont™ Nomex® technology.

Our team and local community

The year 2025 was full of initiatives that built the commitment of the PW Krystian team and supported the local community:

• events for employees: In line with our culture of responsibility, we took part in a forest planting campaign and jointly participated in a marathon and a bicycle rally, promoting a healthy lifestyle and integration.

• Support for young talent: As part of the 22nd edition of Entrepreneurship Day, we hosted students from School Complex No. 2 in Przysucha, introducing them to the world of modern business.

• Cultural patronage: We acted as patrons of the Brussels Chamber Ensemble concert to mark the end of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council, promoting Polish classical music on the international stage.

Strategic development and business credibility PW Krystian

An important moment in building our business relationships was our official joining of the Lewiatan Confederation, the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Polska), the Polish-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, and the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice. This step opened up a new stage of cooperation and opportunities for us as an active participant in the European dialogue on security and modern business.

We were also included in the ministerial list of companies of strategic importance to the national economy.

Summary

The past year has been marked by professionalism and responsibility. We have proven that we can combine the role of a modern expert with genuine concern for customer safety, employee well-being, and the future of the planet.
