For PW Krystian, 2024 was a year of groundbreaking changes and innovative solutions.
Thanks to our innovative products and close cooperation with industry experts, we have managed to create collections that set new standards in the field of protective clothing, thus strengthening our position as a leader in this industry. We presented these solutions at the largest industry fair SAWO, which was appreciated and honoured with as many as 4 awards. We were recognised for our achievements in the field of family entrepreneurship and sustainable development in the ‘Forbes 2024 Family Business Forum’ ranking. An extremely important event for us in 2024 was the opening of the Logistics Centre, built on our company’s premises. We have also not forgotten to support the local community, the environment and education.
We are an innovation leader in the health and safety market
One of the most important events of the past year was our participation in the SAWO international trade fair. Our latest solutions gained recognition from both the jury and visitors. The ChemGuard Nomex®Comfort suit with EcoForce™ technology received the Grand Prix of the Chief Labour Inspector, and the high-visibility clothing with LED technology was honoured with the Grand Prix of the Director of the Central Institute for Labour Protection. This is a huge distinction that confirms our commitment to creating innovative and safe solutions for our customers.

Our presence was also felt at other important industry events, such as the Women in OHS Conference and the PWEA Wind Conference. During these meetings, we shared our knowledge and experience by presenting the latest solutions in the field of protective clothing.
Sustainable development at the centre of our attention
In 2024, we placed a strong emphasis on sustainability. Our participation in the Eco Conference Safety and Environment has reinforced our belief that environmental action is an integral part of our business. This year, we have introduced a number of initiatives aimed at reducing our carbon footprint, such as investing in renewable energy sources (we have started building a photovoltaic farm) and waste segregation.
Dynamic development of the PW Krystian infrastructure
The commissioning of the new Logistics Centre was another important event in 2024. Thanks to this investment, we are able to serve our customers even better and more flexibly, and to implement even very demanding projects efficiently. At the same time, we have not forgotten about the environment. The Logistics Centre meets the highest environmental standards and minimises our impact on the environment through the use of modern, energy-efficient systems. PW CEO Krystian Jacek Małecki emphasised: “Our new facility is more than just a warehouse and operations centre; it is an investment in the people and the local community that is an integral part of our identity.As an employer who deeply believes in family values, we realise how important work is in everyone’s life. Thanks to this investment, we can not only create new jobs, but also strengthen our team, which for years has created a unique atmosphere of cooperation based on trust and mutual support, for which I would like to express my sincere thanks.
We have also focused on innovation in our production plant:
we have launched a new fabric cutting line. It is the first line of its kind in Poland, meeting Industry 4.0 production standards.
we have expanded the garment labelling department
All our investment activities have not only contributed to the synergistic combination of innovation and care for the environment, but also to the improvement of working conditions in various departments of our plant. Thanks to these activities, we are able to meet even the most difficult projects and orders of our clients.
Social responsibility and support for the local community
We also do not forget about our social responsibility. We cooperate with local organisations and support sports and cultural initiatives. Among other things, we have supported the organisation of:
an amateur indoor volleyball league;
swimming competitions for children;
We funded sportswear for the local Oskar club.
We gave T-shirts to participants of the First Aid Championship in Goleniów organised by the Security Culture Foundation.
We organised a collection of essential items for flood victims, and our employees volunteered to help pack the transport together with the Przysucha Volunteer Fire Brigade.
In 2024, our company organised a series of initiatives aimed at engaging both employees and their families, as well as promoting safety and supporting the local community:
together with the Przysucha Forest District, we took part in a forest planting campaign;
we organised a team-building bike rally for the company’s employees;
we organised an art competition for the children and grandchildren of our employees;
in the ‘Safe Santa’ competition, employees nominated people who particularly deserve an award for observing safety rules at their workplace and being a role model for others;
We also took part in the First Aid Championships organised by the Safety Culture Foundation, where our team took the honourable second place.
We participated in the Job Fair in Radom, where we had the opportunity to present PW Krystian and the employment opportunities we offer.
The HR department runs a programme that allows local schoolchildren to learn about our company so that they can join our team in the future.
Thanks to these initiatives, we integrate our team and support the local community. Our involvement in the community has been appreciated by the local residents.
2024 was a year of hard work and many successes. This would not have been possible without the commitment of our employees, partners and customers. In 2025, we plan to continue our growth and bring more innovative solutions to the market.
